What is soft play rental and is it safe?

  • Soft Play rental is an indoor/outdoor area with play equipment made from soft foam. Soft Play provides a safe environment for children to play, explore, and practice social skills. We want to provide the cleanest environment for your little ones, therefore we use a safe disinfectant cleaner to wipe down prior to each event. We sanitize prior to all events and complete an additional wipe down during set ups. Our goal is insuring a clean, fun environment for your little ones.

What if it rains?

  •  To ensure the safety of the little ones, we will not set up outdoors if there is rain in the forecast. We ask that you plan an indoor area as a back up should it rain on the day of your event. Deposits are non refundable for weather related cancellations, you may however, use your deposit as credit for a future date.

Do you set up outdoors?

  • We Absolutely do! As long as the weather permits, we will set up outside for any of your special events. We do ask that you keep the equipment in a shaded area where the equipment won’t get too hot for your little ones.  We will not set up over uneven surfaces to ensure the safety of the children playing. Set ups directly above grass, sand, gravel or dirt will inquire an added fee of $50.

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We currently accept all our payments via , Venmo, Cash.​

How much is the deposit amount?

  • Deposit is $75 non refundable .  This amount will secure your date and will also be deducted from your balance. Remainder balance is due 2 days prior to your event date. Please keep in mind that dates WILL NOT be reserved until a deposit is paid.

Is there a Delivery Fee:  

  • Yes, all Rentals are subject to A delivery fee in addition to rental price.

Do you offer additional time?

  • Outside of the 4 hours for each rental, we do offer extra time!

Do you have any rules for Soft Play Rental?

  • Yes, Main rules are: No Shoes, No Food or Drinks, No Sharp Objects, No FACE PAINT, please!! Unfortunately, these items can cause damage to our equipment.

 

Set Up/Take Down​

  • Renter is responsible for clearing all areas needed for equipment and must be present at the time of delivery AND pick up. Please allow between 1  hours set up and break down time depending on your package size. We know the little ones are excited for all the fun, please help us keep the little ones from joining in on set up and break down until softplay is complete :) for a product setup and break down.

      Please make sure we have a proper parking space to deliver and pick-up equipment: )
